The living room area is very well equipped with a dining table, access to the balcony, TV, and sofa bed to accommodate 2 people. WC with shower available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has an island for the living room. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, with access to the large balcony with deck area, dining furniture and awning.

AREA
Located in a great and prestigious area of Funchal, this apartment is close to all your needs, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, the Forum Madeira shopping center and several bars and restaurants with drinks and typical Madeiran dishes. About three kilometers from the apartment you'll find Praia Formosa, which is great for swimming and sunbathing on the pebbles and black sand. The city of Funchal is just a five-minute drive away. You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to your accommodation is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
